By accessing and using our International Driving Permit (IDP) translation service provided by IDTD Office, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

IDTD Office provides professional translation of your national driver's license into multiple languages to create an International Driving Permit (IDP). This service includes:

  • Translation of driver's license information
  • Digital PDF delivery of the translated document
  • Optional physical copy with international shipping (premium service)
  • Customer support throughout the process

Important Disclaimer: An International Driving Permit (IDP) is a translation of your national driver's license, NOT a government-issued license. It does not replace your original driver's license and must be carried alongside it when driving internationally. IDTD Office provides translation services only and is not affiliated with any government organizations or the American Automobile Association (AAA). The document you receive is a translation service and should be used alongside your valid driver's license, not as its replacement.

Eligibility and Requirements

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Hold a valid, unexpired national driver's license
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

Service Tiers and Pricing

  • Standard Translation ($49): Digital PDF delivery within 8 hours
  • Express Translation ($69): Digital PDF delivery within 8 hours
  • Premium Translation ($79): Digital PDF delivery within 8 hours

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

Application Process

The application process involves:

  1. Document upload (front and back of license, identification photo)
  2. Service tier selection
  3. Digital signature capture
  4. Information review and confirmation
  5. Payment processing

Document Requirements

You must provide:

  • Clear, legible photos of both sides of your driver's license
  • A current identification photo (selfie)
  • Accurate personal information matching your license
  • Valid email address for communication and delivery

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that your IDP translation will be:

  • Accurate and professionally translated
  • Delivered within the specified timeframe
  • Formatted according to international standards
  • Reviewed by certified translators

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Service not delivered within promised timeframe
  • Significant errors in translation due to our fault
  • Technical issues preventing service completion

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion. Refunds are not available for changes in travel plans or customer-provided incorrect information.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service. We are not responsible for:

  • Acceptance of IDP by foreign authorities
  • Changes in international driving regulations
  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Ensuring your national license is valid and unexpired
  • Researching driving requirements in your destination country
  • Carrying both your original license and IDP when driving
  • Complying with all local traffic laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Termination

IDTD Office reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

IDTD Office reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
